Nearby Hotels with Shanghai Pudong Airport Free Shuttle

Consider booking a room at a nearby hotel that offers free shuttle services if your arrival time is awkward. 👇👇👇

The hotel is conveniently located just 3km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and 45km from Shanghai Railway Station. Just a short walk from Haitiansan Road Metro Station.

The hotel is located near to the airport and provides shuttle services every 30 minutes. It is relatively new, and everything is nice and clean.

There are many delicious places around, such as durian, fruit, mangosteen, and a snack center!

It was just perfect. So reasonably priced, breakfast included, airport shuttle each was included, Disney shuttle each way included. Everything ran on time. Can’t fault it for a layover location or Disney trip.

The room was really nice, it had a Mickey Mouse theme which made it a lot more aesthetically pleasing, especially for family with children. It was spacious and huge as well. I will definitely recommend travelers to stay at this hotel. The staffs there were really helpful and friendly.

The location is pretty near Pudong International Airport and the hotel provides free shuttle bus to and pro from Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Disneyland. 5 stars from me!!

Nice new hotel with a super comfortable bed. The hotel is near the Hongqiao airport and does provide shuttle bus service to the airport. Definitely a great choice for transit.

Because the flight was delayed, I chose Feiman Hotel. The service was really great. They served tea and water and helped to take the luggage to the room. In the morning, because it was raining, the handsome boy Xiao Guo also helped with the luggage, helped to hold the umbrella, and helped to send it to the car. The breakfast was also good and the room was very clean. There was also a midnight snack in the evening, and the robot helped to deliver it. Comrade Xiao Guo also helped to dry the clothes. The service was first-class. The hotel is really good and all the requirements that can be met will be met good👍

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and had an overall decent experience. The location was outstanding, just a short walk to the main shopping street and conveniently close to the metro station. While the room was on the smaller side compared to other hotels, it was reasonable for the price. The property shows its age, and cleanliness was average, but acceptable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm and accommodating, offering a complimentary late check-out and a thoughtful birthday surprise for my friend, including a cake, fruit platter, and a handwritten note which was an unexpectedly delightful gesture. The only letdown was breakfast, which had limited options and felt underwhelming. That said, the attentive service and prime location made up for it.

Hotel location is the best place to travel to Shanghai. The hotel staff service is excellent, too In particular, a Chinese employee named William responded very kindly. The night view of Shanghai Waitan from the hotel room is also fantastic The hotel's interior facilities are not very impressive. The bedding was good, but the facility felt too old. However, it was a pleasant trip to Shanghai because of the friendly staff's service.

I recently stayed at Pullman Shanghai Jing An and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this hotel. From its prime location to its thoughtful amenities and outstanding service, it truly exceeded my expectations.   **1. Prime Location & Accessibility**   The hotel’s proximity to **Shanghai Railway Station** and metro lines (1/3/4) makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I could easily walk to the station in under 5 minutes, and popular attractions like the Bund, Nanjing Road, and People’s Square were just a short drive away. For those arriving by air, Pudong and Hongqiao airports are also within a manageable distance.   **2. Modern, Comfortable Rooms**   My **Executive Suite** was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed, with its high-quality linens, was incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. I particularly loved the **Dyson-style hairdryer**—a small detail that made a big difference. The room also featured soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay despite the bustling location.   **3. Outstanding Dining & Facilities**   The breakfast spread at **Venu Restaurant** was exceptional, especially the **Shanghai-style scallion oil noodles**—a delicious local highlight. The executive lounge access (via Accor’s Privilege Card) offered a refined atmosphere with tasty snacks and drinks during Happy Hour. The 20-meter indoor pool and well-equipped gym were perfect for unwinding after a busy day.   **4. Impeccable Service**   The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay. The front desk team was courteous and efficient, even upgrading my room as a loyalty member. Special mention to the concierge for arranging smooth airport transfers and providing helpful local tips.   **5. Commitment to Sustainability**   I appreciated the hotel’s dedication to **ESG initiatives**, such as reducing single-use plastics and participating in Accor’s Planet 21 program. The eco-friendly toiletries and energy-efficient practices aligned perfectly with my values.   **Final Thoughts**   Pullman Shanghai Jing An is a gem for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and conscientious hospitality. I had the pleasure of staying at this unique boutique hotel during my recent trip to China, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s distinctive character—an enchanting blend of rustic charm and ancient elegance. The architecture and interior design are steeped in history, with weathered stone walls, antique wooden beams, and traditional decor that transport you back in time. Yet, despite its aged aesthetic, the hotel is immaculately maintained and thoughtfully curated. Every corner tells a story, and there’s a quiet beauty in its timeworn textures and peaceful ambiance. Service was warm and attentive, with staff who made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. My room was cozy, well-appointed, and tastefully designed to reflect the historic atmosphere while offering all the modern amenities I needed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was serene, offering a perfect retreat from the bustle of the city. Whether I was enjoying tea in the tranquil courtyard or simply admiring the vintage touches in the hallway, I felt relaxed and inspired. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something beyond the typical hotel stay—this place is more than a place to sleep; it’s an experience in itself.

This post is for Diana. I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality you provided during our recent stay. From the moment you learned about our reservation, your proactive approach made all the difference. Arranging connecting rooms was an absolute lifesaver—it allowed my child and me to stay close while maintaining our own space, turning what could have been a logistical challenge into seamless comfort. Your thoughtful guidance truly enriched our experience. The detailed recommendations about local attractions helped us explore the city with confidence, and your tip about the April 17th Bund light show was nothing short of magical. Witnessing the dazzling display became the highlight of our trip, a memory we’ll cherish forever. What sets you apart is how you transformed a routine hotel stay into something personal and unforgettable. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect the very best of hospitality. It’s no exaggeration to say that your efforts have convinced us to return to your hotel for the remainder of our travels—we can’t imagine staying anywhere else now! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay special. You’ve not only met our needs but anticipated them, and that’s a rare gift. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Here’s a polished version of your review based on the points you provided: Review: I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a positive experience. The staff are consistently polite and attentive, and the suite I stayed in this time was no exception—it was luxurious and offered a fantastic view. However, I did encounter a few issues during this stay that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. First, the gym was under construction until mid-November, which was not disclosed when I made my reservation. Had I known this, I would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, the pillows in my room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Even after changing the pillowcases, the smell persisted. Thankfully, I was able to find one pillow without the odor, which I used for the duration of my stay, but this issue really impacted my comfort. Lastly, for those sensitive to noise, I would not recommend this hotel. The cleaners were quite loud while working, and the room insulation is poor, allowing you to hear everything happening around you. For a hotel in this price range, I expected better soundproofing solutions. While the service and room quality are typically excellent, I believe these issues should be addressed to provide a better experience

The North Bund Area Shanghai|2.55km from city center
We booked a Parent-Kid Suite, which was advertised to accommodate four adults, but throughout our stay, only three towels were provided. Additionally, the only bathroom is located right next to one of the bedrooms, with no door and a fully transparent shower space. This setup is extremely awkward and inconvenient unless you’re traveling with very young children. The noise from the bathroom also inevitably disturbs whoever is sleeping in that bedroom. Another disappointment was the check-in process. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but the front desk informed us that our room was still not ready due to a late check-out from the previous guests. This was frustrating, especially after a long flight, as we had expected to check in on time and freshen up immediately. That said, aside from the strange room layout, the hotel does have its positives. The location is great, with a partial view of The Bund, and the price is reasonable for this area. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the room design and service need improvement.

I’ve lived and traveled around China for 6 years and have been to Shanghai countless times trying many different types and levels of hotels. The Fairmont Peace Hotel is by the far the best I’ve ever experienced in Shanghai thus far. The service at check in was fantastic and friendly and so accommodating. The lady spoke perfect English which helped me a lot and went so far as to walk us to our room and explain some key points. All staff are wonderful and smiling and so willing to help. The room was clean and quiet and had all the modern finishings to make life easy while blended into a beautiful and traditional style. The Jazz Band is a must see and the small museum is lovely. The Phoenix Restaurant produced some delicious food. Overall I cannot stop singing the praises of this hotel. Also location is fantastic for tourists. Right on the Bund and close to subway stations and taxi pickup points if needed.

First time to stay here in Sun Island with my daughter. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed the beachfront wave pool and the mini farm. It has many things for kids to do. I would recommend for everyone who have kids or just looking for staycation. Just one suggestion of improvement is the bouncy playground beside camping area. It would be great if is clean and sanitized.

My stay at the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel was a unique blend of modern Japanese style and traditional onsen experience. The hotel's architecture and interior design were sleek and contemporary, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot spring was not available for couple usage, which was a major draw for me. Despite being renovated in 2021, some fixtures and soft furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the hotel's location was convenient for visiting Shanghai Disney Land and Shanghai Village, which offered a range of international brands for shopping. Overall, I would recommend the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel for its modern take on traditional Japanese hospitality, but with the caveat that some areas may need further attention to detail.

The hotel location was great, leads right out onto Nanjing Road, very convenient. The service by staff was standard, nothing exceptional. The breakfast was western, which was great but very expensive considering the selection. Before checking in I confirmed with the hotel for a birthday cake, as it was a birthday stay, they confirmed but did not deliver it which was very disappointing, I expected much more considering they had agreed beforehand, I called and requested again while I was checked in but still nothing was delivered which was really disappointing!

Kunlun Jing’an is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Shanghai. We live in Hangzhou and often travel to Shanghai, usually on weekends. Since moving to Hangzhou last year, we’ve always stayed at this hotel—it’s become our preferred choice because of the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff. Everyone, from the concierge to the hotel bar, room service, breakfast team, and front desk, has been helpful and professional. We’ve never had any issues during our stays—in fact, this was our fifth time staying here. However, during our recent stay on Friday night, for my husband’s weekend birthday celebration, we encountered some problems. We checked in late and went straight out for dinner. When we returned to our room, I stepped on a wet patch next to the bed. I was fairly certain it was urine, but we gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt, assuming it might just be water. We called the operator—who, I must say, was not the most helpful staff member we’ve encountered here. She sent two employees to inspect the wet spot, and they insisted it was only water. We offered to dry it ourselves with a hairdryer, so my husband tried. As soon as he began, a strong odor became apparent—it definitely smelled like urine. My husband pressed tissues onto the rug to check the liquid’s colour, and they turned yellow. We called the operator again, and she said someone would come to re-examine it. After waiting 15 minutes with no response, we called once more at 11:30 PM—I was exhausted by this point. My husband spoke to the same person, who assured us someone would arrive soon. Again, no one came. At 12:30 AM, my husband called again, now extremely frustrated. Finally, a staff member arrived and called someone on the phone what I assume was the hotel manager. To our disappointment, the manager asked an unreasonable question: “What time did you check in? Why didn’t you report this immediately?” My husband replied that we had entered the room at 7 PM, we were thinking why we would inspect every inch of the rug for wet patches? Eventually, they moved us to another room of the same type. After settling in, I took a shower and reached for the body lotion from the bathroom amenities—only to find it half-used. By then, I was at my limit and wanted to complain at the front desk, but it was already 1 AM, and I was too tired. We decided to sleep and address it in the morning. After breakfast, we spoke to a front desk staff member, who was very kind, apologetic, and helpful. She brought the manager, who also apologized and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. While we appreciated the gesture, this might be our last stay at this hotel. That said, the staff at Kunlun Jing’an are truly excellent—this experience was just an unfortunate exception.

Here is my review for Sukhothai shanghai: I recently stayed at The Sukhothai Shanghai, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel exudes elegance, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was impeccably clean. Every detail, from the ambiance to the amenities, was well thought out, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, my only issue was the bed and bedding. Unfortunately, I found the mattress to be less comfortable than expected, and the bed sheets didn’t feel as cozy as they should in a hotel of this caliber. I kept waking up throughout the night, which definitely affected my rest. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel—just with a note that the bed and bedding may not be for everyone.
