房間總體衞生看上去還算乾淨，但是細看桌子上拐角處至少1周內沒有打掃，窗户框那個灰塵至少幾年沒有清洗，臨時落腳處還是可以，在古城裡，下午累了回去休息，養足精神晚上看夜景也是非常好。工作人員服務意識很好，熱情面帶微笑。衞生間死角衞生也衹能睜衹眼閉衹眼，水温在冬天還是有點涼

酒店很好，整個入住過程非常愉快且放心，房間佈局也跟清新簡約，各類實施齊全，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，裝修風格也是一絕，很喜歡，床品也特被舒服。在房間可以看到打鐵花表演

酒店進門看着挺好，辦理入住迅速，一進電梯有一股味道，房間是很寬敞，裝修太老了，熱水壺下面有塊地毯還是濕的，馬桶下水太慢了，洗手盆下水管還漏水，房間沒有礦泉水了，居然告訴我需要收費兩元一瓶，哈哈，會員權益，歡迎水果沒看到，退房時，前台小姐姐還是很熱情的。

酒店緊鄰運河，風景無敵，我們到達日期的當天上午酒店主動給我們打電話安排到景區東門的電瓶車接送和注意事項，第二天下午因為景區遊人數量劇增，電瓶車禁行，又幫我們手提行李送到最近的小南門出口，服務非常好。

酒店工作人員特地給我們安排了很安靜的房間，休息的特別好，服務很貼心。房間裏就能看到古運河，古城夜景特別美，有點兒江南的意思。吃的也還合口味，由其是拉皮炒雞蛋，挺特別的，雜糧煎餅配小醬菜，小葱超好吃。

酒店位置很好，出門就是此等美景，靠着關帝廟。房間裏還送了水果，早餐菜煎餅和黃花牛肉麪也很好吃，離開的時候還送了小零食，有電瓶車送到景區門口，服務非常好，非常棒的旅行體驗！！！

一家四口攜帶長者來古城旅遊，攜程上面顯示很多客棧，當時憑感覺訂的這家會館，沒想到這是我遇到過酒店中最好服務的一家！我們臨近中午提前到了酒店，沒到下午入住時間，但是前台小哥哥看着我們帶着長者不方便，馬上幫我們找到了一間剛剛打掃完的房間，讓長者可以提前休息一下，下午長者感覺着涼了一點不舒服，我打電話給前台想問問有沒有薑茶水，小哥立馬讓後廚幫忙現煮了一碗小米粥外加一杯薑絲水，送到客房給長者，還有就是我們第二天早上為了趕路，決定早晨5:30出發，前台小哥特別貼心留下了他的電話，讓我們早上聯繫他，他給我們安排電瓶車送我們到古城出口（小南門），還給我們準備了牛奶麪包棗糕等可以攜帶的早餐，我們真的感覺特別貼心，真的覺得這家會館的服務太棒了，長者這次旅行特別開心，我們下次再來古城還會選擇這家山西會館，也會推薦給身邊親朋好友，雖然酒店設施有些陳舊，比不上那些新裝修的客棧，但是在外旅遊住宿最重要的還是酒店的服務品質，總之這是我春節旅遊中碰到的最好的酒店啦！
