Nice pool to dip in. Clean but called to fix LIve TV front desk said need to wait 10am then they come. Shd have preset the channels for us. Cannot use chromecast too. Ice cream vending machine doesnt work. Enjoyed starbucks and some snacks for bfast. Aircon not as cold when adjust to 16 but bearable. No freezer or fridge in room.

The hotel is located next to One North MRT station. So it's very easy to get around town. There's Ya Kun store in the station so breakfast is not an issue.

The location is superb, near to one north MRT station, literally 150m away. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need.

Checked in for a staycation over Chinese new year. Thankful for the front desk and iyf for giving me a corner room on a high floor. The front desk Chinese male staff was very fast in processing my check in. Always loved his great service from room selection request and check in when he is around.
The room was absolutely quiet and it connects between both wings which is a plus.

It was in very good location, with close proximity to the MRT and many food stalls. Room is not so big (as I booked the cheaper one), but has good cleanliness and facilities. Really like the pet-friendly environment, co-working space, free gym and built-in laundry area. Will stay here again when I need to travel with my pet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. The stay was so comfortable that my family member, who has insomnis, slept very well. The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly and they lent us a cat towel, feeding bowls and even gave us a surprise gift. The housekeeping was regular and they did a great job. Highly recommended to all, especially those with pets.👍👍👍

Great place. It was clean, had comfortable beds and was opposite the train station but quiet. We will be back.
