It was my first time to be there and I like it. Everything is OK only the bathroom tap is broken so u have to hold it when u use the rain shower.

The sea view we got was amazing! Breakfast at salt and pepper was not bad (leaning towards quite good) and there was a large variety of choices to choose from. The hotel itself gives off a very antique and classy vibe which was exactly what me and my partner wanted. We'll be back again for our next staycation!

This hotel has an amzing view from the window, Location is great, a lot of food shops arounds and bars to drink. Ferry Terminal going to Batam is there, Duty free mall besides the hotels. everything is pefect in our stays. We love to book it again.

Take T21 bus from JB Sentral and about 3 stops later, walk towards Zon duty-free shopping. The hotel is next to it ( or joined).
There's food available nearby such as seafood restaurant ( though rather run-down).
We can see sunrise, harbour views where we took our buffet breakfast ( good variety & selection).

The room hotel just ok. AC is cold. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast just ok. Deposit rm100 went you check in to the hotel.

A solid choice for travelers! The hotel’s location is its biggest perk—just steps from Batam Jetty, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. It’s also close to local markets and dining spots, perfect for exploring the city. Rooms are clean, modern, and offer lovely views of the waterfront (opt for a higher floor if you can). The front desk staff were welcoming and quick to assist with any requests, which made check-in smooth. Breakfast had decent variety, and the pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind. No frills, but great value for the price. Ideal for short stays or business trips. Would stay again!
