"1.Location: It's close to mrt (silom station) and bts (sala daeng station), so it's easy to move around. It's said that the mrt line has become longer in 2019.
2. Facilities: Only the 4th floor, no elbe, but the building itself feels like a new building and it's very neat~ Two people gave me a card key, but I can only open the front door of the 1st floor building with a card key~ Clean clean too~ President You are so kind~
3. Breakfast: Breakfast was as simple as bread (toaster), yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, and banana, but it was okay (photo #2) I eat in the lobby on the 1st floor, but there are only a few tables, but it was okay~ I give you a bottle of basic mineral water every day. 1 There is also a water purifier (how Coway! hahaha) in the floor lobby (picture 1)! Simple sweets, candy, mixed coffee, and tea are standard, so you can eat them anytime~ (photo #3)
4. The only downside is that the water pressure in the shower is a little weak, so I removed 1 star ㅠㅠ"

"It's in an alley, not very deep. Next to the fashion department store You can walk right away. Convenient transportation. There is the Pink Line MRT. The accommodation is close to a cafe as well. In front there is a 7-11. It's very easy to find food. There is a massage shop and a hair salon. Nearby, under the building there is a delicious Somtam restaurant. Eat regularly. Next time, definitely go back to stay again."

"Great location; not in the centre of the craziness but just a quick walk to the centre of it all. The hotel is also right in the street of an up and coming area getting filled with lovely restaurants and coffee shops and new bars perfect for Instagram pictures. The room itself was also better than what I expected considering how low the price was. The hotel also has its own little restaurant that is open from “dawn till dusk” with very delicious food."

Getting to Bangkok
So, you’re headed to Bangkok—awesome choice! Getting there is pretty easy since the city’s got two airports: Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK).
- Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is the main one, located about 30 kilometers (19 miles) southeast of the city center. It’s where most international flights land. It’s shiny, modern, and well-organized, with loads of shops, cafes, and lounges. If you’re flying in from Europe, North America, or anywhere long-haul, this is probably where you’ll arrive.
- Don Mueang Airport (DMK) is about 20 kilometers (12 miles) north of downtown Bangkok and handles mostly budget airlines like AirAsia and Nok Air. It’s an older airport and it’s great if you’re coming from nearby countries or taking domestic flights.
If you’re catching a red-eye flight, I suggest staying near Suvarnabhumi Airport for convenience. These hotels offer free shuttle services to and from the airport, making those early mornings or late arrivals much easier.

MMAHENDRA SANWALCHAND GANDHII had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. For a start, Bell boy should offer help with luggage instead of waiting to be asked which is weird for hotel with staircase to lobby. And it’s unprofessional that the bell boy would wait for tip for bringing luggage to the room. The man in spec and wear brown is most cheerful and helpful staff that greets guest at hotel. Waitress unwell should wear mask instead of coughing in the restaurant while serving. Breakfast is lacking in both variety and quality. The bed and pillow are very comfortable and house keeping does a good job. The switch and plugs are located dangerously close to the pillow.

TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

AAnonymous UserThe staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

GGuest UserI very much enjoyed my stay here. You can’t beat the location - right on Sukhumvit between Asoke and Phrom Phong. Yes, the rooms do get a lot of street noise but that’s just part of the location. There’s a 7-11 right across the street. Highly recommend the coffee stand in front of it too. Room was very clean with new linens. Very comfortable bed. Pool doesn’t get a lot of direct sun - a perk for some, drawback for others. Great place to stay if you’re planning to do some shopping!

GGuest Userme and my boyfriend stayed here for one night and we had a wonderful experience. we were so kindly greeted by the hotel staff and check in was super fast. the hotel is neat and clean with a lovely coffee shop and great outside seating area by the pool. the location is absolutely phenomenal. it’s near all the shopping malls and restaurants but also slightly hidden which makes it the perfect getaway since it’s so nice and quiet. the room was very clean and comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definitely come back!! we also requested a late checkout and the staff kindly agreed. we highly recommend this hotel as the price is also quite reasonable and you will definitely get your moneys worth.

GGuan HockWe were enjoy much to stay 5D4N there, I will come back again, there is a good facility fo the washing machine and dryer 2 in 1. Also, a few step ahead to the boat terminal, easy to get it to patunam market and Central world.
There are also have shuttle service to MRT and BTS, but the schedule is a bit late for those have program on the early morning, pls do check the schedule as per attachment.
