Overall experience was very good from the luggage reception at the taxi stand, check-in, check-out, counter services and room services. Just the convenience store is not too convenient as it located in a comparatively hidden area. Also if the hotel has its own onsen bath would be perfect.

I booked this hotel on the basis u could explore Tokyo and have a pamper day as the were supposed To have a spa !! I could get a trip booked (full) Couldn’t get a massage (only for wedding guests same with hair salon ) Couldn’t get a private car to take me around Tokyo willing to pay for 4 hours no again. Couldn’t get a coffee in morning before 11.30 unless I booked breakfast which I don’t eat . The lady on concierge came to help and did book me in at a spa near by and let me use the club room so I could get my morning tea or coffee which I am very grateful for . Checked in after 9pm, lounge closed so couldn’t check in at the executive lounge. The male reception staff checking us in was not as welcoming as expected for this hotel, perhaps limited English speaking so sounded cold, no smile at all. The reception lady led us to check in was more friendly. Location is everything and the view from the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is better than average. Overall not too shabby.

Best location if staying in Shinagawa. Hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms are a bit old, but everything is clean and functional. Rooms are on the small side, but should be expected in Tokyo. There can be a long line to check in, but you can always use the automated kiosk, although there might be some bugs with how you enter your name, how many passports to scan in, etc. Just let the service rep know you have problems with the machine and they will assist you.

Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters! Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well. Overall, it is a great hotel!

The normal check-in time is after 1500, but it's lucky that we can check-in earlier since our room is ready - we arrived there ~1230. We selected Panda room located on 4/F, so there is beautiful spot at 4/F lift lobby for taking photos. The room is normal size as Tokyo's hotel room, we have space to open 2 luggage (24”) but after opened difficult to walk. However, we did not stay much time inside hotel room, and actually the bed is 1.62m good enough for 2 adults + 1kid, .it's fine for us. We also booked the breakfast, and it's buffet style with Japanese and Western style food, so far so good. After we checkout the next day, we kept our luggage at hotel and go for sightseeing and shopping nearby; and return pack to hotel for picking up the luggage and head to airport.

Great Service Service is great. The hotel is located in a business district, so it's not so lively at night albeit it is close to Rippongi which is the the party place, and it's also easy to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza, among others. the location is very good, near the subway station. Staff were all extremely accommodating, amicable and make it simple for the check in and check out process. Meals were good - generally great. We like the manners in which staff are so responsive and learned in their service to us.

There’s laundry machine on each floor, but the machines are not well maintained; you can see thick lint on the doors of the machine. I was staying on the 17th floor, 1731. There was a distinct body odour smell, that the room’s air filter or ionizer machine couldn’t get rid of. But I had too many luggages to make me want to shift to a new room. Since I was only there sleeping at night, I made do with it. Because you will eventually only notice it everytime you re-enter the room, and no it doesn’t mean it goes away. You just got used to it. Apart from that, I had an overall nice experience from the receptionist, we checked in at 12pm. Room was already ready before the usual check in at 3pm and we were given our room much earlier.

I recently stayed at the **Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka** and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its direct connection to Tanimachi 9-chome Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka. The **Uehonmachi shopping district** is also nearby, adding to the convenience. Pros: ✔ **Prime Location** – Easy access to subway lines and within walking distance to attractions like Osaka Castle. ✔ **Spacious & Clean Rooms** – The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. ✔ **Helpful Staff** – The front desk and concierge were courteous and efficient. ✔ **Good Dining Options** – The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Cons: ✘ Slightly Dated Decoration– While functional, some areas of the hotel could use a refresh. Overall, the **Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka** is a **solid choice** for both business and leisure travelers who value convenience and comfort. A few minor updates could elevate the experience, but I would happily stay here again.

Swissotel Nankai Osaka is a great accommodation choice in Osaka. Its location is in the very center of the city. There are many tax-free and luxurious goods shops nearby. Also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Dotonbori street is five-minute-walk away, Tsutenkaku tower around 15 minutes. Near to Namba station. Look for exit 2 and follow the signboard. Lawson and 7-11 are just within walking distance. There’s microwave inside the room which is value added and the room is considered big compared to others. There is residence lounge at 6th floor. However, there’s only one microwave in the residence lounge . We were there on one morning and one man was heating up food for 8pax very inconsiderate. We had to wait for 30 mins. The residence lounge is always running out of supplies especially sugar. Overall good experience, high recommended.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arriving with my 9-year-old son and three pieces of luggage (one large and two small), the staff merely looked at us without offering any assistance to move the luggage onto the trolley. After collecting my room key, another staff simply pointed in the direction of the lift without offering any help. I had to manage all the luggage, along with two backpacks, and carry everything to the room myself while also looking after my child.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears. When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality. It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip. I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.

Osaka Station/Umeda/Yodoyabashi/Hommachi Osaka|1.31km from city center
I loved loved loved the size of this room! This was one of the biggest hotel rooms. I’ve had a while. I visited Japan and it was so nice and spacious. The hotel is old so don’t expect modern set ups as the bathroom is old and there’s no USB plug-ins for phones and gadgets. I was very happy that this hotel offered free and unlimited access to their Hot Springs on the 14th floor. They were very nice. It was also very traditional so that means no clothes and absolutely no tattoos allowed. The location of this hotel was very nice. It was far from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist places, but not too far. It’s only two stops away from Nipponbashi Station which will get you to everywhere you want to go. It was about a five minute walk to the metro to about three different lines. Also the area it was in had a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, pretty much anything you need was around and for better prices than the tourist areas. It was much more local and a pleasant experience in that area. The only downside was the amenities of this hotel. If you wanted to use the pool or gym it cost extra and laundry was also an extra service and for a huge hotel this size there was no laundry machines that you could use by yourself for extra money instead they gave directions to a laundromat that was quite a walk away. To improve this hotel, I would definitely set up some laundry machines for guests to access by themselves because I stayed during New Year’s and the laundry service was suspended. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

Love this hotel and will come back again! Spectacular view for our room located on 49/F, facing the bay side. Huge room with 3 beds. Most spacious room on the highest floor ever stayed in Japan. Very reasonable price except for the breakfast which comes with quite stiff price. We tried breakfast on both 2/f and 51/f and the latter was way better in terms of spread and quality of food. Love the basement parking, the lift will take you from carpark directly to your guest room floor. Best for those traveling with a car!!! Exit by credit card payment at gate. Charge on each exit. No need any help from hotel staff which is so so so good! Very crowded with the lifts when there is conference or event within the hotel. Overall, very happy with our stay there.
